ERP, CRM & Business Systems

ERP, CRM, POS, HR, accounting and LMS platforms — built around how your business actually runs, and wired into the tools you already use.

Off-the-shelf business software is excellent when your business works the way the software expects. The trouble starts when it does not, and you find yourself paying per seat, every month, to do things in an order that costs you time.

We build the alternative: one system shaped around your process, with only the modules you need, that you own outright. Most clients start with one area and add the next once it has proved itself.

ERP — the operational core

An ERP is really just the system that knows what you have, what you owe, what you are owed and what is on its way.

  • Inventory and stock across multiple locations, with movements, adjustments and stocktakes that actually reconcile
  • Purchasing — supplier records, purchase orders, goods-in, and cost tracked against what you really paid
  • Sales orders and fulfilment, including partial shipments and backorders
  • Production and assembly with bills of materials, where you build or bundle goods
  • Reporting on margin, stock turn and supplier performance, instead of the spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month

CRM — the commercial side

  • Contacts and companies with a full activity history, so nothing important lives in one person's inbox
  • Pipeline and deals using the stages your sales team already talks in
  • Quoting that pulls live pricing and stock from the ERP side, so a quote is never quietly wrong
  • Tasks and reminders that chase the follow-up nobody remembers
  • Email and calendar sync with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Point of sale

A till that keeps working when the internet does not, and reconciles when it comes back.

  • Offline-first tills that queue sales and sync on reconnect
  • Barcode scanning, receipt and label printers, cash drawers and card terminals
  • Stock decremented live against the same inventory the warehouse uses
  • Shift open and close, cash counts and variance reporting
  • Returns, exchanges, discounts and loyalty against the customer record

HR and payroll

  • Employee records, contracts and document expiry reminders
  • Attendance and shift rotas, including clock-in from a phone
  • Leave requests and approvals with balances that calculate correctly
  • Payroll runs, payslips and end-of-service calculations
  • Onboarding and offboarding checklists so nothing is missed

Accounting

We take one of two approaches, and we will tell you which suits you.

  • Integrate — invoices, credit notes, bills and payments pushed into Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Sage, so your accountant keeps the tools they know
  • Build — a full ledger, chart of accounts, VAT and tax handling, aged debtors and creditors, and statutory reporting, when your requirements genuinely do not fit an off-the-shelf package

Learning management (LMS)

  • Courses, modules, lessons and assessments
  • Video, documents and SCORM content
  • Enrolment by cohort, role or department
  • Progress tracking, certificates and expiry for compliance training
  • Reporting for auditors and regulators who need evidence, not assurances

When we would tell you not to build

If your process is genuinely standard, buy Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho or Moodle — and we will happily configure and integrate it for you instead.

Custom earns its cost in three situations: the way you work is a competitive advantage worth protecting, per-seat licensing has become absurd at your headcount, or the business already runs on spreadsheets that only one person fully understands.

The question is never custom or off-the-shelf. It is whether the way you work is worth protecting.

What it runs on

Laravel and PostgreSQL, with a real permissions layer, an audit trail on anything financial, background jobs for the slow work, and an API so your app, your website and your partners can all talk to it.
